    We love our new king size bed with extra storage underneath. The only issue we have is that the bedhead is really wobbly.

    Reason why I give a 5 star to factory buy is because they really do go above for there customers. And quickly try get your issue solved fast. I have recently moved and I had my old address saved so my package was going to to be sent to the old address and had been sent already and they were able to get in contact with courier to get it sent to my new address. Also I give a 5 star for excellent communication. Every email I have sent through they have quickly reponse back. The only thing I wish they could do better at is how packages are being sent. I ordered a bed of the site and it's been sent seperately. I received a package for my bed the other day but it still needs to more packages that hasn't arrived yet to actually put my bed together. But besides that my experience has been excellent.????
