The customer service was very good and responsive but the delivery was disappointing - they've left the mattress at the top of my driveway which is 50 metres from our house. They didn't bother to leave it on the porch or at least the garage down the end of the driveway and we had to carry the heavy mattress ourselves back home, not to mention it's a cloudy day and the rain was coming any minute. Update: The customer service intervened and provided a solution and I'm happy with the result.
