    I was bowled over by the sheer breadth of their stock. I was looking for a bed frame, and I had so many to choose from, and the price was heavily discounted at the time. Factory Direct was very quick to respond to my question on my selected frame, and gave good advice. The wooden frame was very elegant and well-designed. I will be using them again.
