    I put in an order for a stainless steel table. Following the placement of the order I saw a bad review and was worried that I may have made a mistake ordering from Factory Buys. When I went to track the order I clicked on the link and it took me to the steadfast site. This site asked for a consignment number. I entered a number from my original order not realising that I needed to enter the number I had clicked on to go to the steadfast site (this part of the process is not intuitive). The number I did enter was for someone else which caused me further concern. I contacted Factory Buys via their website chat. They were very helpful tracking my order indicating how to track the order correctly. The order was delivered promptly and was consistent with the product description. I am happy with the product, price and support. Thank you.
